Our consultants will guide you through the process of understanding inclusions, reviewing your block of land, and starting your home journey with confidence.


2. Pre-Construction Approvals

After your initial deposit, we’ll complete important steps like soil testing, site surveys, and preparing documentation for council approvals. You’ll also finalise your colour selections, fixtures, and any custom design elements to make your home truly yours.


3. Construction Phase

Watch your home take shape in stages:

• Slab Stage: The foundation is poured.

• Frame Stage: The house structure goes up.

• Lock-Up Stage: External doors, windows, and roofing are installed.

• Fixing Stage: Interiors like plaster, cabinetry, and skirting are completed.

• Final Stage: Painting, flooring, and all finishing touches are applied.


4. Quality Checks & Handover
